The Missionaries and a future missionary in the Masianokeng Branch. Their Chapel and classrooms are mobile units brought in by the church. They sing beautifully without the use of an organ. They have a keyboard but no one who knows how to play it. We gave our first unexpected introductions and testimony today. We talk about our family and our mission. It was much easier than I expected.
The gentleman on the left is Duncan MacMillan. He is the area coordinator from Cape Town. He is training us on our responsibilities. We went to two branches today; Maseru and Masianokeng. They are both in the country of Losotho which is right in the middle of South Africa. It would be like having the country of Kansas in the middle of the USA.
On our way home from Lesotho We stopped and had our lunch on a side rode. The country side was beautiful and it was a nice day for a short picnic. I drove back to the outskirts of Bloemfontein from here. I am not quite ready to drive in town yet.
Behind me and to the right of this picture are some wild peach trees. They had fruit on them but they were not ripe yet. I am curious if they are as good as the peaches back home. I sure love peaches.
It worked!! You guys are going to do so good. We love you and miss you.
